At Camp-A-Rama, we take all the worry and work out of your camping experience by delivering and setting up a camper for you at one of the numerous campgrounds on Kentucky Lake or Lake Barkley.  Our campers are all air-conditioned, have full baths and kitchens, and sleep between 4 and 9 people.

RENTER INFORMATION & AGREEMENT
The rental charges and the deposit must be paid in full before the unit is delivered. Your deposit will be returned only after the unit has been checked by Camp-A-Rama, and found to be left clean and undamaged. All damages to the unit are the responsibility of the renter.  Cancellation- Deposit will be refunded in full if cancellation occurs 2 week prior to rental date. If less than 2 weeks notice is given, there will be a 15% handling fee charged.  Kentucky health regulations do not allow us to permit pets in the units.  Out of consideration for future renters, we do not allow smoking in the unit.  Violating either of these will be cause for loss of entire security deposit.

We provide chemicals and tissue paper for the toilet.  We do not provide TV, linens, dishes, cookware or other household items.
Renter will be responsible for emptying holding tank if it fills up while camper is hooked to sewer.  Otherwise, we will handle dumping when we pick it up. If there is no sewer connection at the campsite, a blue portable tank is provided. Renter will be responsible for emptying the blue tank and returning it to its original position.  THERE WILL BE A MINIMUM $25.00 CHARGE FOR ANY PORTABLE BLUE TOTE TANK NOT EMPTIED AT TIME OF PICKUP – IF PROVIDED.

AWNING:  If an awning is provided with the unit – it MUST be rolled up and secured if you are leaving the unit.  Please see the instruction book if you are unsure about this procedure.  Should renter decide to use the Awning, all damages to the awning will be the complete responsibility of the renter. Please Note: Awning Replacement is $1000.
Pickup time is 10:00AM.  If the trailer is not ready for pickup at that time, the renter will be charged an additional day’s rent.
 
UNDER NO CONDITION IS THE RENTAL TRAILER TO BE MOVED BY THE RENTER FOR ANY REASON.
if the trailer is not returned in the condition it was delivered in– [floors swept (broom provided), counters, microwave, sinks, and stove wiped down], there will be  a $50.00 cleaning fee deducted from cash, check or credit card deposit.
